This paper, Gearing up Public Librarians for the mission of Digital Inclusion of All: EIFL case studies from Uganda and Ghana, details the implementation and impact of digital inclusion projects implemented by the EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) and partners in Ghana and Uganda. The paper  concludes with a four-step model for building public library digital inclusion programmes and projects in Africa.

The paper was written by Ugne Lipeikaite, EIFL-PLIP  Impact Manager, and Ramune Petuchovaite, EIFL-PLIP Manager, and presented at the 3rd International Conference on Information Literacy (ICIL-Africa 2024) that took place from 14-17 October 2024 in Alexandria, Egypt.
