Rima Kupryte is the Director of EIFL. Rima oversees the implementation of EIFL’s overall organizational strategy and operations. Rima has been managing EIFL since its inception. Andrius Kriščiūnas is the Finance Manager for EIFL. Andrius oversees the financial and operational systems of EIFL with tasks including but not limited to financial accounting and reporting, budgeting and grants management. Prior to joining EIFL in 2005, Andrius held many manager positions in banks in Lithuania. (read more)
Edvaldas Baltrunas is the Programme Coordinator for the EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP). His responsibilities include supporting EIFL-PLIP grants management and coordinating activities related to sub-granting. Gwen Franck is the Open Access Programme Coordinator for EIFL. Gwen joined EIFL in 2014 to provide programme support to three European Union-funded open access projects in which EIFL is involved as a partner: FOSTER, PASTEUR4OA and OpenAIRE. Iryna Kuchma has been managing the EIFL Open Access Programme (EIFL-OA) since 2008. Jean Fairbairn is the Communications Manager for EIFL. Jean manages communications through the EIFL website that engage and encourage stakeholders to support EIFL’s mission. Louise Stoddard is Communications Manager / External Relations, Media for EIFL. Her portfolio includes raising the profile of EIFL by managing external communications, and communicating through international and regional print, broadcast and social media. Jevgenija Sevcova is the Programmes and Events Coordinator at EIFL. She joined EIFL in 2016. Her key responsibilities include managing the General Assembly, supporting training and resource development for EIFL licensing coordinators and librarians in EIFL partner countries to ensure widespread adoption and usage of (read more)
Ramune Petuchovaite oversees and contributes to development, delivery and evaluation of a range of activities which support piloting innovative public library services that contribute to community development. Since 2012, Ramune has worked with over 30 public library projects focused on crucial community development (read more)
Romy Beard negotiates agreements with publishers to secure affordable access to e-resources and technology products, as well as waived and discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs) for open access publishing. Susan Schnuer’s responsibilities include working with library authorities in Africa to institutionalize continuous professional development for public librarians. Teresa Hackett oversees the development and delivery of a unique, copyright service for libraries in developing and transition countries, providing specialist resources in multiple languages, and individual assistance on legislative issues. Ugne Lipeikaite oversees impact planning and evaluation for the EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP). Ugne has built the impact evaluation framework and tools that are now being used by EIFL-PLIP grantees.
