Ramune will share learnings from the EIFL-PLIP capacity building initiative in Africa which builds capacity of public librarians to foster new, technology enabled services and to integrate ICT into existing services. The panel includes Ab. Velasco from Toronto Public Library (Canada), Shadreck Ndinde from National University of Science and Technology (Zimbabwe), and Arjun Maharjan from READ Nepal. The moderator is Valensiya Dresvyannikova of IFLA.
