Romy Beard, EIFL Licensing Programme Manager, with Curtis Brundy, Iowa State University, and Sara Rouhi, Public Library of Science (PLOS), have prepared a pre-recorded project briefing to be screened during the Coalition for Networked Information (CNI) Fall Membership Meeting. The briefing is titled, ‘A Call to Action: The Imperative for Libraries and Publishers to Better Share/Understand the APC Waiver Process’.
