COMMUNIA will present a newly-published report on unfair licensing practices in the library sector. The report highlights worrying trends that pose risks to the ability of libraries to fulfil their public service mission in the digital age.

Teresa Hackett, EIFL Copyright and Libraries Programme Manager, will moderate an expert discussion with COMMUNIA and two representatives from the library sector. Panellists will break down the trends identified in the report and share the experiences of licensing managers on the issues.
