Brochure highlighting a partnership between the EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) and the National Library of Uganda that has led to resourcing of public and community libraries across the country with ICT. Librarians are using the equipment in new community information services and training programmes that are helping to change the lives of many thousands of people.
