Preprints is one of the topics covered in the EIFL Digital Research Training Programme Outline for Librarians. In this hour-long webinar, Ana Đorđević, University of Belgrade - Faculty of Chemistry Library (Serbia), introduces preprints and their characteristics, and discusses preprints platforms to share early findings, the pros and cons of sharing preprints, how sharing preprints can benefit career progression, and preprints in the time of COVID-19). She also shares tips on how to train researchers about preprints, including how to organize a training agenda, what to emphasize, and how to facilitate training and set practical exercises.
