Summary of findings of a study to assess the impact of the Digital skills @ your local library project implemented by EIFL and partners in Uganda (2021-2023). An impact survey asked women and youth who underwent digital skills (ICT) training in public and community libraries how they have been using computers and the internet since the training, where they use the internet, and what role their local library is playing in facilitating ICT use and skills. It also asks about the outcomes of the digital skills training in relation to work, study, health and other aspects of daily life.
