EIFL supports the introduction of global copyright rules at WIPO that benefits libraries and the people who use libraries in developing and transition economy countries. EIFL is a member of the global Access to Knowledge (A2K) Coalition that calls for a fair and balanced international copyright system that is underpinned by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
