Iryna Kuchma, EIFL Open Access Programme Manager, will attend the Online High-level Side Event of the 76th session of the UN General Assembly, organized by UNESCO, to celebrate the UN International Day for Universal Access to Information.
Themed ‘Closing the Global Knowledge Gaps to Build Back Better: The Potential of Open Science’, the event will provide a platform for governments, UN agencies, scientists and practitioners to reflect on the potential of open science for closing the knowledge gaps and accelerating the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals in the post-COVID19 era. Registration for the event, which takes place on Zoom from 9:00-10:30 (EST, New York Time) and 15:00-16:30 (CET, Paris Time), is open to everyone.
