We are delighted to name three winners of the 18th EIFL Public Library Innovation Award, for Public libraries that integrate digital reading and writing to enhance services.

Congratulations to - 

• SP Leituras (São Paulo Library and Reading Association) in Brazil for their BibliON Digital Reading Clubs that are creating communities of readers across the country.
• Panevėžys County Public Library in Lithuania for ‘FriendshipLand’, a programme combining a virtual game, education and books to get teenagers reading.
• Makati City Library in the Philippines for their 'Let’s Read Together' reading and writing programme that engages families living in underserved suburbs in Makati City to participate in their children’s learning.

The winning libraries each receive a prize of US$1,500, a certificate and a trophy.
