E-resource licensing training for Myanmar librarians taking part in fellowship programme at the Central European University in Hungary

Jevgenija Ševcova, Databases Manager of the Lithuanian Research Library Consortium and EIFL Programme and Events Coordinator, will conduct training on electronic resource licensing for four librarians from Myanmar who are participating in a fellowship programme at the Central European University (CEU) in Budapest, Hungary.

Ševcova will discuss essential skills of e-librarians, present the main steps of the licensing process and teach fellows about electronic resource access troubleshooting.

The four fellows are from libraries that are taking part in the EIFL eLibrary Myanmar project. They are Daw Hlaing Hlaing Gyi, who is University Librarian at the University of Yangon; Daw Hla Hla Win, University Librarian at the University of Mandalay, Daw Khin La Pyayt Win, librarian at Central Universities Library, and Aung Kyaw Soe, local coordinator of the EIFL eLibrary Myanmar project. Ni Ni Naing, who is serving as administrator for the Myanmar Academic Libraries Consortium (MALC), will join the training as well.
