EIFL Open Access Programme Manager Iryna Kuchma will give a keynote address at the 10th Conference on Open Access Scholarly Publishing (COASP), at the University of Vienna in Austria.

COASP, organized by the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA), is a major international event bringing together publishers and editors, librarians, government officials, researchers, educators and representatives of funding agencies and non-profit organizations.
