Ramune Petuchovaite, EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) Manager, will attend the 3rd international Conference on Information Literacy (ICIL – Africa 2024), which will take place on October 14-17, 2024 in Alexandria, Egypt, at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina conference center. 

The ICIL Africa 2024 theme is Information Literacy Revolution: Get Ready. The conference seeks to bring library and information service professionals, researchers, educators and policy makers together to share knowledge in theory and practice of information literacy developments on the Africa continent.

Ramune will present a paper ‘Gearing up Public Librarians for the ‘Digital Inclusion of All’ mission: EIFL case studies from Uganda and Ghana’, co-authored with Dr. Ugne Lipeikaite, EIFL-PLIP Impact Manager.
