Presentation to the national open access policy meeting in Kampala on 8 July 2013 organized by the Consortium of Uganda University Libraries (CUUL) in partnership with EIFL.

The objective of the meeting was to present good practices for open access policy development and implementation, to address challenges, and to discuss and prepare strategies for mandating open access to publicly funded research in Uganda.
