The Medical Students Association of Kenya (MSAKE) will host a workshop targeting students who want to get engaged in open access (OA). The workshop will educate their peers on the benefits of OA and will provide information on how they can get involved with MSAKE so that the student voice for OA in Kenya becomes louder and stronger.

The workshop is a part of the project “OA: Knowledge sharing and sustainable scholarly communication in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda” funded by Spider, the Swedish Program for ICT in Developing Regions DSV, Department of Computer and System Sciences, Stockholm University.
